The Bonnie and Clyde is just one of a range of products offered by Adrien Lastic equipped with their LSR (Lastic Remote system). This luxury vibrator offers many of the features promised with LELO, Swan and Je Joue vibrators to name a few. However, the jewel in the crown appears to be the B&C’s compatibility with the LSR. Let’s take a look at some of the features:

What you get
The Bonnie and Clyde is Adrien Lastic’s take on the classic vibrator. Slightly rounded along certain areas of the shaft, the vibrator itself is an otherwise smooth design. It is 100% silicone and seamless containing no phthalates or latex properties. It has dual motors and an impressive 10 vibrating modes and a further ten rotation modes, built for both clitoral and G-spot stimulation both. The vibrator is also waterproof though doesn’t come with the much talked about LSR remote control. So, how does it match up?
Dual Motors – effective and quiet?
Adrien Lastic claim their product is both powerful and quiet. A common claim by many makers of high end vibrators on the market. Now, as far as customer reviews go, for this product in particular they are sparse at best, though Lastic’s products on the whole are praised for both their power and stimulation:
“It is quiet but powerful, as the description promised!”
– says KatieL of Adrien Lastic products
“(The) vibrations are rather strong! Fills you up, strong vibrations”
Meche-shell says of Adrien Lastic vibrators
“The vibrations were… well, wow! I love strong vibrations and this just hit the spot. ;)”
– says EmzPurple90
The dual motor system has also proven effective when combined with the power Adrien Lastic’s products are known for. This particular formula has been known to work for Swan Vibes and other luxury vibrators and, with the Bonnie and Clyde available at half of the price of the Royal Swan of similar design, for example, this vibrator certainly presents a viable alternative.
What’s more, Adrien Lastic appear to have learned from their mistakes owing to the q factor: quietness. While earlier products such as the seven speed thrusting vibrator by Adrien Lastic have been criticised for their noise levels, the LSR range receives widely positive reviews as to the noise level of their products. A must for a house share or for those with thin walls!
How does it feel?
The Bonnie and Clyde is ergonomically designed to cling to your shape and does resemble the Happy Rabbit Natural by LoveHoney in quite a few ways, the most striking being the clitoral massaging arm. The Natural is a similar length with 5.5 inches while the Bonnie and Clyde has an extended length of 6 inches. The 5.5 inches and over is ideal for anyone looking for deep thrusting stimulation if reviews of similar products are anything to go by. This rabbit is a decent size and then some. However, the problem this particular rabbit might face is one shared with rabbit vibrators right across the board.
The clitoral arm is quite long and this could be a plus for those who have trouble meeting their clitoris while thrusting. It is also quite thin at the tip, like the LoveHoney Natural. The strength of the vibrations along might just make up for this depending on how sensitive you are to vibrations and the pressure preferred on the clitoral area. This is certainly something to consider when buying this product.

LoveHoney Rabbit Natural:
Bonnie and Clyde by Adrien Lastic:
Adrien Lastic use 100% silicone and contains no phthalates or latex. This means that your toy will be seamless but will have some drag to it. In order to minimise the drag with this, as well as other silicone products, be sure to use a water based lube. These are usually available to purchase at a minimum price from sites such as LoveHoney.co.uk and won’t set you back a pretty penny.
LSR Technology
One of the biggest draws for this range of products from Adrien Lastic is the LSR technology: the tiny remote control. What might be somewhat frustrating for buyers however is simply that your product doesn’t come with one!
The LSR remote control is in fact sold separately, so do not buy your Bonnie and Clyde, Romeo or Ocean Dream Egg vibrators without purchasing an LSR alongside it, if this remote controls are your poison.
This is quite baffling and an obvious money-saving ploy by the manufacturers. The good news for you as a customer however is that these remote controls are quite cheap at £12.99 and, should you indulge in the Romeo or Ocean Dream egg from the same range, you only need make this investment once.
The LSR control itself is sleek, portable and attractive and has a good range:
“The remote control is completely separate (no wires at all). It is Black with Cerise Pink buttons on the front and the same Cerise Pink Piping on the outer edges. It looks really classy and expensive. It is small and oval and sits in your hand perfectly. It has a great range – enabling your partner to be out of eyesight or earshot! ”
– says Scorpius12 on http://www.lovehoney.com/product.cfm?p=26480
What slightly lets this product down is that the remote itself is reliant on batteries. While unsurprising, this does detract slightly from the excitement of owning a rechargeable vibrator. So, while you do get the ease of use or extra added ‘couples’ dimension, despite your vibrator being rechargeable you may still have to fork out for batteries should you wish to use your LSR remote.
Rechargeable
The Bonnie and Clyde requires only 1.5 hours – not bad for a product that claims to provide ‘hours of pleasure’ on a full charge. An unusual claim and one yet to be fully challenged given the new arrival of this product. Generally Adrien Lastic products have good run times though this remains to be seen with the Bonnie and Clyde.
The rechargeable nature of this rabbit means that you need not require external batteries. An exciting prospect though not one distinct to this product.
Extras
The Bonnie and Clyde comes with a satin storage bag and is attractively packaged. Your product also comes fully waterproof to make your bath time play time! This particular feature also lends itself to thorough and safe cleaning.
Beginner friendly?
Newcomers to the rabbit franchise should avoid this product (click here for more help as a newbie.. There simply aren’t enough reviews out there to advise you on what it is you’re buying.
However, this product does come from a range with a good reputation behind them. Adrien Lastic is considered a powerful and good value for money creator. It probably won’t be replacing the LELO Ina or the Swan Vibes range any time soon but at half of the price of many of these products, it is comparable for those on a budget – but really, again, only if you know what you’re looking for.
Where To Buy
Conclusion
The Bonnie and Clyde looks like a promising prospect on the rabbit market. The power and precision of Adrien Lastic’s reputation precedes it. It has sold out with quite a few toy stockists though reviews are sparse and practically non existent. The LSR technology adds an extra dimension that most high end luxury vibrators don’t however, and though you do have to buy separately, the added price isn’t that much at all.
Definitely worth consideration for experienced rabbit users looking for something a little different.
